Residency: Lehigh Valley Family Practice, 2000-2003, Allentown, PA.

Board Certification: American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), 2003.

Medical Licensure: California and Florida.

Dr. Davis was employed with "SF on Call" from 2005 - 2008 as a primary and urgent-care specialist. Located in San Francisco, they have currently changed their name to "Current Health."
