*Prices are based upon the complexity of the visit.  Extra fees are assessed for procedures performed or any medicines or supplies dispensed.  Prescriptions are included in the visit at no extra cost.  The medicine is often available at the time of the visit and can be dispensed at a very reasonable rate.  A detailed explanation and itemization of the fees is always provided.

Our billing is simple:  we bill you when you are finished with your appointment.  You can pay by cash, credit card, or with a Flex or HAS account.  We then give you all of the necessary documentation and instructions so that you may easily file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance carrier.  We will be considered an out-of-network provider.  Please check with your insurance carrier for their rates of reimbursement for our services; PPO carriers typically reimburse up to 80% on all our services including House calls.

Explanation

We are part of a growing number of doctors who have chosen to work outside of the insurance networks so that we may better attend to our patients.  By doing so, we have been able to put the relationship back in the “doctor-patient relationship”.  This concept is what makes us available to you right when you need medical attention and allows us to spend as much time with you as necessary.  You will never feel rushed when you are with our doctor.  Additionally, you will be able to see the doctor when and where you desire while never again having to wait in a crowded waiting room.
